Interim Learning & Talent Development Lead

Looking for a hands-on L&D professional who can hit the ground running and add value from day one. We are seeking an experienced Interim Learning & Talent Development Partner to join a growing organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded L&D professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. This role has a Northern presence but includes a significant amount of remote working. You would be expected to be in Leeds on average x3 per month (but with business needs taken into account.) Description Working across the business, you will play a key role in developing learning initiatives, supporting talent development programmes, managing apprenticeship and early careers activity, and ensuring colleagues have access to high-quality learning solutions.
