the role
as a sous chef you will support the head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, you will help relaunch this site, help with the weekly specials and ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen. This sous chef role will include all the standard sous chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, you will have good knife skills and able to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen.
