We're currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a thriving fashion brand in Bristol. This is a great chance for an experienced Retail Supervisor to step up, take on more responsibility and continue developing their career within a high-profile store. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store. From leading the team on the shop floor to driving sales and delivering a great customer experience, you'll be someone who enjoys being hands-on and setting the standard for others. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll have responsibility for: * Supporting the Store Manager with the overall sales and commercial performance of the store * Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor * Taking charge of the store when the Store Manager is absent * Making sure customers receive an excellent experience * Supporting the delivery of visual merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the store * Helping maintain strong standards across stock, operations and compliance * Reviewing KPIs and using commercial information to identify opportunities to improve sales * Building relationships with customers and representing the brand positively What Makes You a Good Fit? We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced Supervisors who are ready to take that next step. You'll ideally have: * Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within fashion retail * Experience leading and motivating a retail team * Good commercial awareness and a strong focus on achieving results * A customer-first approach and high standards of service * Confident communication and leadership skills * A genuine interest in fashion and working with people * The ambition to progress and develop your career within retail Interested?
