About the Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that estate assets are safe, compliant, and well-maintained to support front-line emergency services. Your key responsibilities will include: General Building Maintenance: - Carry out routine and reactive maintenance across the estate, including minor repairs to building fabric and fixtures. - Undertake multi trade tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and tiling. - Conduct regular building checks and remedial work for auditing purposes.
