Junior Private Client Solicitor Location: Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Opportunity We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established law firm in Burton upon Trent that is looking to appoint a Junior Private Client Solicitor to join its Wills and Probate department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a junior lawyer with experience in Private Client matters who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload, assisting clients with wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney. The Role Responsibilities will include: Drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs). Advising clients on wills, probate and estate administration matters. Assisting with probate applications and the administration of estates. Advising on trusts and inheritance-related matters. Supporting clients with Court of Protection matters where required. Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries and other professional contacts. Managing client matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.
