Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bread Baker to join our kitchen production team. The ideal candidate will have a love for artisanal baking, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality bread to complement our menu.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of breads to restaurant standards.
Maintain high levels of consistency, flavour, and presentation.
Follow and develop recipes while ensuring creativity and innovation.
Manage daily production schedules to meet restaurant demand.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
Monitor ingredient levels and assist with stock ordering.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker, ideally specialising in bread.
Knowledge of different doughs, fermentation methods, and baking techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time-management and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends.
Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and food.
