An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and driven Health & Safety Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for Health & Safety across a busy manufacturing site, working closely with operational teams to drive improvements, maintain compliance and develop a positive, proactive safety culture. We're looking for someone who can combine strong technical knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach. Someone who enjoys being visible across the site, building relationships and working collaboratively with managers and employees to make Health & Safety part of everyday operations.
