The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your own section, preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering exceptional food every service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh dishes to company standards
- Manage your own kitchen section
- Ensure consistency and presentation of every dish
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
- Assist with stock rotation and waste control
- Support the wider kitchen team during busy services
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef
- Passion for fresh food
- Good organisational skills
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work well under pressure
- A positive team player
