The Role
As a Restaurant Head Waiter, you will:
- Lead the restaurant floor team to deliver exceptional, seamless dining experiences for all guests.
- Coordinate service flow between the restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams to maintain the highest standards.
- Mentor and support junior waiters, ensuring consistent training and development across the team.
- Act as a key point of contact for guest requests, ensuring all needs are handled promptly and professionally.
- Assist with VIP and special event service, ensuring memorable experiences for all guests.
