About This Role
As our Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for preparing and presenting consistently high-quality dishes across your section. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll help deliver smooth service, maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards, and make sure every plate reflects the care our guests expect.

You'll keep mise en place organised, manage stock rotation and portion control, and run your section calmly during service. You'll also support junior chefs, help reduce waste and keep your work area clean and well organised.

What We're Looking For
Essential

· Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or as a Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.

· Strong cooking skills and a passion for producing consistently high-quality food.

· Confidence running a kitchen section through preparation and service.

· Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen.

· Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen management.
