Maintenance Supervisor Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Oxford About the role We're recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's busy and growing team on a permanent basis. Our client is a well-established organisation, and this role will take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance operation on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Monitor service delivery to minimise rework, waste and downtime. Ensure all works comply with UK H&S legislation and company standards. Ensure RAMS, permits and safe systems of work are in place and followed. Lead and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors to deliver works efficiently. Motivate the team, manage performance and deliver against service levels and KPIs. Drive continuous improvement, challenging processes to enhance the customer experience.
