\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator seeking a varied caseload, genuine career progression and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued success of a successful Dispute Resolution department.\n

Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor\n
Location: Oldham/Hybrid\n
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience\n
Working Pattern: Full-time or part-time\n
\n
\nThe successful candidate will join an established Dispute Resolution department, handling a varied caseload of general litigation matters for a range of existing clients.\n
\n
\nYou will be expected to work autonomously, manage matters from inception through to conclusion and provide high-quality legal advice and representation. This role would suit a proactive and commercially minded solicitor who is keen to develop their practice, contribute to business growth and progress towards a senior leadership position.\n
\n
Key responsibilities a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:\n
\n

\n
• Managing a varied caseload of general litigation and dispute resolution matters independently.
\n
• Advising clients on a range of disputes, including contractual disputes, employment matters, property-related disputes and contentious probate.
\n
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, pleadings and settlement agreements where appropriate.
\n
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients throughout the dispute resolution process.
\n
• Working collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining a high level of autonomy and professional responsibility.
\n

About you a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:\n
\n

\n
• Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales, with approximately 3 years PQE in dispute resolution or general litigation.
\n
• Experience handling a broad range of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, employment, property disputes and/or contentious probate.
\n
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and client-management skills.
\n
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
\n
• A commercial mindset and an interest in business development and marketing.
\n
