• Briefing: Write scripts and open briefs for both UGC creators and influencers, building on winning concepts in the ad account while leaving room for each creator's own style.
• Creator Matching: Understand the strengths each creator brings and match them to the right briefs, scripts, personas and angles.
• Talent Sourcing & Handover: Find the right creators for specific briefs, focusing on who will drive performance rather than reach, and hand them over to our Influencer Marketing Executive to negotiate. Keep track of when whitelisting and partnership access is granted, so creator ads can go live without delay.
• Analysis: Dig into the ad account data yourself to understand which scripts, hooks, angles and creators are working. Review Meta spend, CAC and trials generated, and u...
