• Position Summary * The Kitchen Assistant supports the BOH operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring the team have everything they need for a smooth service.
• Key Responsibilities * * Preparation : Assist with basic food prep, including chopping, portioning, and organising ingredients.
• Cleanliness : Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a spotless kitchen environment.
• Stock Control : Receive deliveries and organise storage areas.
• Support : Work closely with the team to ensure food goes out efficiently.
• Additional Duties : Undertake other responsibilities and similar tasks as requested by management to support the smooth operation of the business.
• Key Requirements * * Experience : Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not mandatory. * Work Ethic : Hardworking, reliable, and capable of manual tasks.
