Advise clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate disputes.
Manage your own caseload and support on larger, complex matters.
Develop and deliver strategic, commercially focused legal advice.
Draft and review a variety of litigation and dispute resolution documents.
Work closely with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
Support matters through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to exceptional client service.
Collaborate with colleagues across HF's Corporate and Commercial Services teams.
Play an active role in business development and the continued growth of the practice.
We're interested in hearing from qualified Solicitors at all stages of their career, from NQ level through to Associate Partner, who have experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate :
Strong technical knowledge and experience of dispute resolution.
Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to teamwork.
A desire to contribute to the continued success and growth of the team.
