\nExciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Battersea, South West London. I am currently recruiting for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / plumber to be based at a large residential estate situated by Battersea, South West London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or plumber with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site.\n
\n
\nWorking with the maintenance team on site (3 Engineers). He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Our client is happy to consider mechanical engineers or plumbers who have completed their apprenticeships (Must have C&G Level 2 as a minimum) who have some commercial building maintenance experience but want to learn. • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
\n
• Emergency lighting
\n
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
\n
• Chillers - Re-set
\n
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
\n
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
\n
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
\n
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
\n
• General building fabric
\n
• Statatory Compliance
\n
• HIU's
\n

Hours of work\n
\n
\nMonday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)\n
\n
\nRequirements\n
\n
\n

\n
• Electrically, Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3
\n
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
\n
• High End Residential Experience
\n
• Excellent customer service skills
\n
• Happy to cover a large estate
\n
• Honest, hard working and reliable
\n

• £45,000 depending on experience
