Vehicle Technician | £45,000–£55,000 | Monday–Friday Location: London, NW9 Salary: £45,000–£55,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Are you a hands-on Vehicle Technician who can think on your feet, solve problems independently and get vehicles back on the road? I'm working with a business looking for a self-starter to become its first dedicated Vehicle Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their work and wants to make a real impact rather than simply passing problems on to someone else. The Opportunity : You'll work alongside an established depot team, taking responsibility for the maintenance, fault-finding and repair of a fleet made up primarily of Volkswagen and Ford diesel vehicles. With electric vehicles expected to join the fleet, there's also an opportunity to develop your EV skills. As the first technician in the business, you'll help shape how vehicle maintenance is handled going forward. We're looking for someone with a practical, proactive mindset who can assess a fault, diagnose the issue and carry out repairs on-site wherever possible.
