Education Assessment Lead

At Wilderness Way, we're not your average education provider and this is not your average teaching role.

We're on the lookout for a bold, creative and compassionate Education Assessment Lead to work 1:1 with up to 8 children across our unique homes. You won't just be delivering lessons - you'll be crafting personalised education journeys that meet every child where they are and help them discover just how far they can go.

Your mission:

• Create individualised learning plans based on real assessment
• Deliver 1:1 sessions that build confidence, curiosity and capability
• Plan exciting activities and visits that make learning stick
• Collaborate with our care and outdoor teams to bring lessons to life
• Track progress, set aspirations, and celebrate every win
• Travel across up to 6 beautiful service locations (vehicle required)

This role is ideal if you're a Qualified Teacher who:
