Assistant Store Manager – Lakeside £30,000 plus Uncapped Commission, Rewards & Benefits Do you know how to turn excellent service into a memorable customer experience? The role Diamonds Factory is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our successful Norwich store. This is a hands-on role where no two days will be exactly the same. You will work closely with the Store Manager to support the team, keep the store running smoothly and ensure every customer feels genuinely welcomed and valued. You will work 40 hours over five days, including weekends and bank holidays.
