Repairs Maintenance Manager

Fraser Edwards Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Repairs & Maintenance Manager on behalf of its client to oversee operations across the Preston to Weeton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manager with a background in social housing or property maintenance to lead a team delivering responsive repairs and voids maintenance. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and within agreed budgets and timescales. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven leadership skills and the ability to build effective relationships with operatives, subcontractors, clients and residents.
