Tyre Fitter

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading automotive business in Doncaster, who are seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join their busy workshop operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with tyre fitting experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and wants to secure a long-term position within the automotive industry.

The Role:

As a Tyre Fitter, your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting tyres for pressure, tread depth, wear and overall condition.
• Repairing or replacing damaged and worn tyres.
• Carrying out wheel balancing and tyre fitting duties.
• Identifying tyre-related issues and reporting any additional vehicle defects.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Supporting other workshop activities when required.

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter, Tyre Technician or in a similar automotive role.
• Good understanding of tyre fitting and wheel balancing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, with a positive attitude towards work.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
