You'll provide accurate and efficient audio typing and administrative support, helping colleagues manage their workload and ensuring documents are produced to a consistently high standard. What will you be doing? You'll be providing day-to-day audio typing and administrative support, including: * Transcribing digital dictation accurately and efficiently. * Preparing, formatting and amending correspondence, reports and other documentation. * Producing documents using templates, standard formats and instructions from colleagues. * Checking completed work carefully for spelling, grammar, accuracy and presentation. * Prioritising urgent dictation and managing competing deadlines. * Handling incoming emails and other correspondence. * Preparing documents for review, signature and dispatch. * Keeping electronic and paper records accurate and up to date. ...
