Junior Contracts Manager – Fire Doors & Fire Stopping Location: Central UK & London (North London, Cambridge, Middlesbrough, Manchester, West & East London – Some Stay Away Required) Salary: Up to £50,000 + Vehicle + Fuel Card + Benefits The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on passive fire professional looking to step into a Junior Contracts Manager role with a growing and progressive business that genuinely values its people. The company delivers fire door and fire stopping works across the UK, with contracts ranging from £5,000 to £500,000 and a strong pipeline across social housing, universities and commercial environments. This is not a desk job. The business wants someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty — comfortable surveying, attending block meetings, delivering toolbox talks and picking up materials when needed, whilst also growing into the contracts management side of the role alongside the senior team. The Role As Junior Contracts Manager, you will support the senior team with the day-to-day delivery of fire door and fire stopping contracts across Central UK and London. You will be involved from the ground up — attending site meetings, ordering materials, liaising with subcontractors, supporting surveys and helping manage programmes across a varied pipeline of works.
