As the business continues to grow, the finance function plays a central role in helping colleagues across the organisation make confident decisions and they are now looking to welcome a Finance Manager to guide and nurture the accounts team while strengthening the quality of financial reporting.

You will build trusted relationships across the business, support a committed finance team and use NetSuite to bring clarity and consistency to the numbers. Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the accounts team, helping each person develop and thrive \n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver month end and management accounts \n
- Manage cash flow and forecasting, sharing clear insight with senior stakeholders \n
- Oversee HMRC returns and statutory compliance with care and accuracy \n
- Partner with auditors to prepare for a smooth year-end audit \n

Key Experience & Skills:

- \n
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) \n
- Hands-on NetSuite experience is essential \n
- A supportive and approachable leadership style with experience developing a team \n
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance \n
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders \n \n
