Propulsion Control System Lead Systems Engineer

As a Lead Systems Engineer for Propulsion Control Systems at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead the design, integration, and validation of propulsion control system architectures, applying MBSE methods and ensuring requirements are well‑defined, traceable, and verified. You will report directly to the Sr Systems Engineer Manager and work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid schedule. In this role, you will guide the technical execution of propulsion control architecture development, coordinate MBSE modeling activities, and ensure system requirements are implemented correctly throughout the engineering lifecycle. Your leadership will support cross‑functional engineering teams and ensure propulsion control solutions meet safety, performance, and compliance objectives.
