Commercial Gas Engineer

Overview We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer on behalf of a specialist utility services company who provide installation, maintenance, metering and billing services to customers throughout the Uk. Operating for over 15 years now, they are a fast growing reputable company with over 120 employees. They are an award-winning heat network services provider. They specialize in Heat and Cooling Networks, also known as communal energy or district heating schemes. As a Gas Safe Heat Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and efficient operation of heat network equipment, including boilers, chillers, fan coil units, HIUs, valves, meters, PAYG devices, and metering systems deployed within client developments. Working closely with supply partners and following documented workflows and processes, you will carry out maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and commercial gas safety checks on commercial heating systems. Additionally, you will handle fault detection, repairs, and maintenance of heat metering equipment within the domestic heating sector. This role involves working in the built environment on multi-million-pound construction projects as well as in residential properties.
