The Opportunity

We're recruiting retail volunteers for our Cannock stores as we head into peak season and beyond. You'll join our friendly community of staff and volunteers with flexible shifts that suit you.

• Location: Moreton
• Schedule: Flexible, to be discussed
• Age requirement: 16 and over (parental consent required for 16-17 year olds)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Retail Support Volunteer, you'll get involved in varied tasks that keep our store running smoothly:

• Providing excellent customer service and dealing with customer queries
• Setting up displays in store to showcase products
• Sorting through new products and displaying stock on the shop floor
• Helping maintain store standards, keeping it clean, tidy and organised
• Highlighting the importance of our work and raising awareness
• Helping with in-store fundraising activities
