Lead Information Security for a global digital business undergoing significant cloud, ecommerce and AI transformation.

We're seeking an experienced security leader to take ownership of security strategy, Identity & Access Management, infrastructure security and Zero Trust delivery across a modern, cloud-first technology estate.

This is a real opportunity to shape and build a security function from the ground up, with direct access to senior leadership and influence over technology, risk and governance decisions.

You'll inherit responsibility, the business is looking for someone to define how security should operate, drive meaningful change and create a scalable security framework that supports continued growth.

As Head of Information Security & Infrastructure, you will:

\n

\n
• Own and lead the organisation's cyber security and infrastructure security strategy
\n
• Design and implement a modern Zero Trust approach across the business
\n
• Drive Identity & Access Management initiatives, including SSO, MFA and access governance
\n
• Strengthen cloud security across critical business platforms and applications
\n
• Review and optimise privileged access, permissions and administrative controls
\n
• Build security controls aligned to recognised frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, CIS Controls and Cyber Essentials
\n
• Establish effective incident response, monitoring and threat management processes
\n
• Manage third-party security providers, penetration testing partners and managed security services
\n
• Drive security awareness and foster a strong security culture across the organisation
\n
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and resilience planning
\n
• Develop governance frameworks for the safe adoption of AI and emerging technologies
\n
• Present security risks, recommendations and progress updates to senior stakeholders
\n

Key Experience

\n

We're looking for experienced professionals who can demonstrate:

\n

\n
• Previous experience leading Information Security, Cyber Security or Infrastructure functions
\n
• Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
\n
• Experience delivering SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC and automated user provisioning solutions
\n
• Proven success designing or implementing Zero Trust security models
\n
• Strong hands-on experience securing cloud environments, particularly Google Cloud and AWS
\n
• Knowledge of security frameworks including ISO27001, NIST, CIS Controls or Cyber Essentials
\n
• Experience managing security vendors, managed service providers or security partners
\n
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management and incident response
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to explain technical risks to non-technical audiences
\n
• A pragmatic and commercially minded approach to security
\n
