HR Manager Worthing | Salary: Up to £42,000 Permanent | Full-Time | Office-Based Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied role where you can take ownership of the HR function and support a business across multiple locations? Regional Recruitment are working with an established commercial business in Worthing who are looking for an HR Manager to oversee HR across five locations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with Directors, managers and employees, providing practical HR advice while supporting employee engagement, training, recruitment and compliance. The role also includes coordinating Health & Safety administration and ensuring HR and H&S records meet the required company, legal and franchise standards.
