This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young people, deliver engaging lessons, and help students achieve their academic potential across KS3, KS4 and KS5. About the Role: Teaching students aged 11-19 across KS3, KS4 and KS5. Planning, preparing and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement. Assessing, monitoring and recording students' progress and attainment. Differentiating teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners. Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
