A highly regarded and growing professional services group is seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join its established legal and compliance function.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, commercially focused role offering significant autonomy and exposure to regulatory, compliance and corporate matters across multiple regulated businesses. Working closely with senior leadership, you will advise on a wide range of issues including commercial contracts, data protection, regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, complaints, claims handling and business acquisitions.

The role would suit a commercially minded solicitor with strong experience in commercial, regulatory or compliance-focused work, gained either in private practice or in-house. Previous exposure to M&A, data protection and regulated environments would be advantageous.
