Registered Home Manager – Newly Acquired Residential Service Bright Selection are delighted to be supporting a brand-new care provider in recruiting an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a newly acquired residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated needs in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a service at an important stage in its development. You will play a key role in strengthening the staff team, establishing effective systems and embedding a positive culture focused on safe, high-quality and person-centred care. The role would suit a proactive and compassionate leader who enjoys developing services, supporting staff and promoting independence, dignity and positive outcomes for the people they support. Requirements * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or an equivalent relevant management qualification, or willingness to complete this within an agreed timescale. * Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or in a comparable adult social care management role. * Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities within a residential setting. * Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding, the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) and relevant legislation. * Experience with care planning, risk assessments, medication management, quality audits and service impro...
