Mobile Mechanical Engineer 📍 Location: Covering South London & Kent 💰 Salary: Up to £48,000 + Door-to-Door travel pay 🏖️ Benefits: 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, company van, fuel card, and specialist tools Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for new opportunities? We are recruiting for a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to maintain, fault-find, and service plant rooms and mechanical infrastructure across a range of commercial contracts in and around South London and Kent. The Role In this position, you will be the go-to technical expert managing mechanical and water systems within retail environments. Your day-to-day duties will include: Plant Room Maintenance: Servicing pumps, valves, booster sets, and associated pipework. Hot & Cold Systems: Managing commercial hot and cold-water systems, including calorifiers, water treatment, and basic L8 compliance. Basic HVAC Duties: Conducting first-line maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, and basic ventilation systems. Retail Environment Upkeep: Ensuring high-footfall retail sites remain fully operational with minimal disruption to trading.What's in it for you? Up to £48,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
