We are working with a well-established regional contractor delivering planned maintenance, refurbishment, decarbonisation and new build housing projects across the North West. Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of opportunities, they are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Bids & Partnerships to lead their work-winning strategy and develop key client relationships. The Role Reporting directly to the Board, you will take ownership of the company's bid, framework and partnership activities, driving sustainable growth across social housing and public sector markets. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the bid process from inception through to submission, and building long-term relationships with housing associations, local authorities, consultants and framework providers.
