Associate Director Construction Consultancy

A growing construction consultancy in London is looking for an experienced Associate Director to join their established Project Management team. The Associate Director will take a leading role across a varied portfolio of property and construction projects, combining hands-on project delivery with senior client management and team leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Director who wants greater responsibility and a clear route towards Director level. The successful Associate Director will work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of key commissions and helping to develop long-term client relationships. The Associate Director will also support junior members of the team, contribute to business development and help maintain high standards of delivery across the wider team. The Associate Director's role The Associate Director will lead projects from early feasibility and design through to construction and completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients and wider consultant teams.
