We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for an exciting locum opportunity supporting a large-scale commercial property project involving a substantial portfolio of properties.
\n
\n
Based within a Mayfair firm, this role offers 100% remote working, with the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor on a busy, high-volume project.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Supporting a large commercial property portfolio project. \n
- Handling commercial property acquisitions and associated legal work. \n
- Reviewing existing commercial leases and identifying key issues. \n
- Reviewing contracts and other property documentation. \n
- Providing legal support to a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor throughout the project. \n

About You:
\n
- \n
- A qualified Solicitor with strong Commercial Property experience. \n
- Proven experience in commercial property acquisitions and lease reviews. \n
- Confident reviewing contracts, leases and complex property documentation. \n
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while supporting a senior fee earner. \n
- Available to start ASAP and commit to an initial assignment of a few months. \n
