Personnel Placements is partnering with Salisbury BID, a business-led, not-for-profit organisation representing almost 500 businesses across the city centre. Salisbury BID and Experience Salisbury are looking for a Marketing Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave, ending December 2027. The position involves managing Experience Salisbury, a project led by Salisbury BID, and working with its Charter Partners – Salisbury City Council, Salisbury Cathedral and Wiltshire Creative – to deliver projects that enhance Salisbury, support local businesses and strengthen the city as a place to work, visit and invest. In 2027, Salisbury marks 800 years since receiving its Royal Charter. From May to November 2027, the city will come alive with events, performances, exhibitions, talks, trails and community projects celebrating its history, creativity and future. As the Experience Salisbury Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering this project from start to finish. You’ll ideally have experience working in a consumer-led marketing role, be able to work autonomously when needed, and be confident attending meetings and visiting levy-paying businesses to support content creation.
