Working within a friendly and collaborative team, this varied Property Account Manager role will see you taking responsibility for your own portfolio of residential properties, building strong relationships with landlords and residents and ensuring the smooth running of their investments and tenancies. Acting as a key point of contact, you will take the time to understand each client's individual requirements, providing a personalised and proactive service whilst ensuring properties are managed efficiently and to the highest standards.

As the Property Account Manager, you will oversee the full tenancy journey, from move-in through to check-out and deposit release, coordinating maintenance requirements, arranging property inspections and ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
