\nOur sister professional service company, Stellarmann, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong London Market and Delegated Authority expertise to support their Insurance client with a large scale process transformation programme.\n
\n \n
\nYou'll facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, capture and map end-to-end processes, and produce high-quality as-is and to-be process maps. The role requires someone who can confidently challenge existing ways of working, identify improvement opportunities, and help design more efficient future-state processes.\n

Key Requirements:\n

• Proven Business Analyst experience
\n
• Strong London Market insurance knowledge
\n
• Delegated Authority expertise
\n
• Extensive process mapping and process improvement experience
\n
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Ability to influence, challenge constructively, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
\n

Highly Desirable:\n
\n

\n
• Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence experience
\n
• Process re-engineering background
\n
• MGU experience
\n
