Small Works Contracts Manager Location: Verwood, Dorset, BH31 6AX Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, with a 30-minute break Annual Leave: 21 days plus bank holidays Company Vehicle: Company car and fuel card provided Start Date: To be confirmed About the Role We are looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Small Works Contracts Manager to join our Small Works Department. In this role, you will take ownership of projects and contracts from initial instruction through to final completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, to the required quality standards and within agreed commercial parameters. Working closely with our Estimating, Commercial and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from quotation and contract award through to successful project delivery. You will also build strong working relationships with clients, tenants, residents, directly employed trades and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
