My client is seeking a commercially minded lawyer for a distinctive In-House Counsel role within an established private practice law firm, offering a unique in-house/private practice hybrid opportunity for someone seeking to transition into a counsel role.

You will support a growing group of SRA- and FCA-authorised businesses, advising across commercial, regulatory, compliance and risk matters. Responsibilities include commercial contracts, data protection, regulatory applications, claims management and M&A transactions, including due diligence and acquisition documentation. You will also advise senior stakeholders and mentor a member of the compliance team, with considerable autonomy and exposure to strategic decision-making.
