What You'll Do In this dynamic role, you will: * Conduct stock condition surveys to inform our long-term asset management strategy. * Complete technical surveys focusing on damp, mould, roofing, and more, providing essential data for our maintenance programmes. * Liaise with contractors to ensure work is executed to a high standard while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Undertake pre and post inspections to ensure all projects meet quality standards and timelines. * Assist in managing planned improvement programmes, ensuring successful delivery and compliance with health and safety regulations.
