Speech and Language Therapy Assistant – Hounslow Location: Hounslow Contract: Contract Pay: £120–£165 per day PAYE The opportunity A supportive SEN school in Hounslow is seeking a speech and language therapy assistant to help pupils strengthen functional communication and participation throughout lessons and daily routines. What you will do • Deliver delegated communication activities under the guidance of a qualified therapist. • Prepare visual resources and model agreed communication strategies. • Support individual and small-group sessions and record pupil responses. • Share observations with therapy and teaching colleagues. What you will bring • Experience supporting children with speech, language or communication needs. • Confidence using visual communication approaches and following therapy plans. • A patient, engaging manner and sound safeguarding practice. • QTS is not required for this therapy-support role.
