Paralegal - Inquests and Inquiries

Hempsons Inquests and Inquiries Team provides legal advice, advocacy, training and support services to health, social care and charity sector clients. The team is highly rated and undertakes a range of complex and high-profile work in a supportive, collaborative and forward-thinking environment. We currently have an opportunity for a Paralegal to join our team in Leeds to undertake a range of work, with a primary focus on inquests. This role is ideal for an organised and motivated individual with a genuine interest in healthcare law. It is an opportunity to join a national team of experienced and supportive lawyers providing support and representation (including advocacy) in inquests, public inquiries and investigations. The team also undertakes a range of patient safety, learning and improvement work across the health sector.

• Day to day liaison with clients, witnesses and coroner's officers
