Managing Quantity Surveyor Newport, South East Wales We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and commercially astute Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team on the Welsh Water Design & Build Framework in South East Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in the successful commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors, providing commercial oversight across multiple call-off contracts delivered under the Framework Agreement. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic commercial decisions, drive consistency in reporting and governance, and support the development of a high-performing commercial team.
