Title: Lead Process Operator Location: Winchester, Hampshire Salary: £31,741 per annum + 20% shift allowance SRG is exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturer in the food industry who are now looking to hire a Lead Process Operator to join the production team at their site near Winchester. This exciting opportunity would be well suited to a Senior Process Operator looking to take a step up, or to move away from a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Important note: this role is a shift-based role, so candidates need their own transport and be happy to work on a permanent late shift (2pm - 10pm) Monday to Friday.
