The Role
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will:
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Lead sections during service, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency
- Act as a role model for junior chefs, supporting training development and standards
- Contribute to menu execution, preparation and service delivery at the highest level
