Due to continued growth across our dealerships, we currently have a number of exciting opportunities for experienced Technicians to join our skilled and dynamic workshop teams across North London, Hertfordshire and Essex.

We are looking for talented automotive professionals at a range of levels, from experienced Master Technicians through to qualified Level 3 Technicians and MOT/Maintenance Technicians.

• Master Technician Basic Salary £45,000
• Vehicle Technician – Level 3 Basic Salary £34,000

Volvo Swiss Cottage

• Vehicle Technician – Level 2 Basic Salary £30,000

Omoda & Jaecoo Watford

• Vehicle Technician – Level 3 Basic Salary £40,000

Hyundai Watford

• Vehicle Technician – Level 3 Basic Salary £32,000

Hyundai North London

• MOT / Maintenance Technician Basic Salary £32, 000 - ££38,000 depending on experience and qualifications)
• Diagnostic Technician Basis Salary £40,000

What you’ll do

As a Technician, you will undertake maintenance, servicing, diagnostic and repair activities for our service customers.

Working in line with manufacturers’ and regulatory requirements, you will ensure vehicles are completed to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations around turnaround times, delivery dates and overall quality.

Depending on your role and level of experience, you may also be involved in complex diagnostics, technical problem-solving and supporting the wider workshop team.

You will take pride in your workmanship and play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Who you are

We are looking for self-motivated, reliable and results-oriented Technicians who have a genuine passion for the automotive industry.

You will be organised, have a keen eye for detail and be able to manage varying workloads within a busy workshop environment.

You will also enjoy working as part of a team, building strong working relationships with colleagues and contributing to the success of the wider dealership.

Your experience

The specific requirements will vary depending on the position, but we are particularly interested in candidates who have:

• A recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification (or Level 2 for Swiss Cottage) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent, where applicable
• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Strong technical, servicing and diagnostic skills
• The ability to interpret and communicate technical information effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A positive and innovative approach to achieving personal and shared goals
• For the Master Technician position, relevant advanced technical and manufacturer experience
• For the MOT / Maintenance Technician position, an appropriate MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous
