Area Manager

We are a specialist provider of residential care and education for children, young people and adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. Our aim is simple: to create the right environments, support and opportunities for people to thrive, develop their independence and live the life they choose.

We're looking for an experienced and values-led Area Manager to provide visible, supportive and strategic leadership across a portfolio of our adult residential services.

This is a role for someone who can see the bigger picture while understanding what great practice looks like on the ground. You'll work closely with Registered Managers, senior leaders and specialist teams to ensure our services are safe, compliant, well-led and consistently delivering excellent outcomes for the people we support.
