Your new company You will be joining a leading facilities management and maintenance provider, delivering essential services across a large, complex and highly regulated estate.The organisation provides a combination of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and project work, with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service and continuous improvement. Your new role As Service Manager, you will take ownership of facilities management service delivery across a designated area, acting as a key point of contact for customers, site stakeholders, operational teams and supply chain partners. This is a varied operational FM role where you will oversee: Reactive repairs and planned maintenance Statutory compliance activities Minor project and additional works Contractor and supply chain performance Health & safety and safe systems of work Service performance and KPIs CAFM records and asset information Risk, issue and performance managementYou will ensure contractors deliver works safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements, including ensuring appropriate RAMS, permits and compliance documentation are in place.
